The Nashville Predators are a professional hockey team founded in 1997. They currently compete in the Central Division of the Western Conference in the NHL. The team has played its home games at Bridgestone Arena since its inaugural NHL season.

Nashville Predators History

After rumors of the New Jersey Devils relocating to Nashville, the city was eventually awarded a franchise in 1997. The Predators entered the league in the 1998-99 season, and as of 2025, they are still without a Stanley Cup. They reached the Stanley Cup Final in the 2016-17 season but lost to the Pittsburgh Penguins in six games.
