Matt Dumba

Matt Dumba is a Canadian defenceman who spent the first decade of his career with the Minnesota Wild before becoming a much-travelled veteran. Dumba was drafted seventh overall in 2012 and grew into a right-shot power-play option in Minnesota, then moved through Arizona, Tampa Bay, Dallas and Pittsburgh from 2023 onward. Dumba's contract was terminated in April 2026, and Dumba reached the 2026 offseason without a new NHL deal.
