According to multiple sources, Tanner Pearson has been dealt to the Pittsburgh Penguins.
TSN’s Darren Dreger broke the news just before noon on Twitter. Pearson has spent the past 6 seasons with the LA Kings, winning the Stanley Cup during the 2014 season.

In 17 GP this season, Pearson has racked up 1 assist and 8 PIM. He was a 1st round draft pick (30th overall) in the 2012 NHL entry draft. In his last 26 regular season games, Pearson has 0 goals and 5 assists.

Carl Hagelin is the name mentioned being swapped for Pearson. According to Bob McKenzie, the deal is one-for-one.
Hagelin has picked up 3 points in 16 GP this season with the Penguins. Hagelin was selected in the 6th round (168th overall) of the 2007 NHL Entry Draft. He is a 2x Cup winner. This will be Hagelin’s fourth team, after spending seasons with New York Rangers and the Anaheim Ducks.
