Taylor Hall drops heavy chirp on former teammate Jordan Eberle

Taylor Hall and Jordan Eberle used to be teammates. Maybe that’s why the internet is going crazy over Hall’s great chirp on Eberle earlier today.

Social Media can be a great way for fans to engage with their favourite players. In today’s day and age, we can get news about anything – all on our phones and at our fingertips. But social media isn’t always used for breaking news or scandals, sometimes it can be used for buddies to chirp one another.

Dropped the fire

Fans enjoyed great heckling between two former Edmonton Oilers’ teammates Jordan Eberle and Taylor Hall. Hall, who is now a forward for the New Jersey Devils, quoted a tweet from the New York Jets, saying “My ‘trying to be cool and avoid the picture’ face.” Jordan Eberle, who is now a forward for the New York Islanders, commented that Hall should “think about getting some tide to go for those pants.”

Not done there, Hall dropped the fire on his long-time buddy, asking “when you gonna score.” Eberle currently has 0 goals and 3 assists in 6 games this season.
The friendly banter is something fans love to see and makes following favourite players even more fun.
