The New York Rangers extended their winning streak with a win over the Blackhawks last night.
But the talk of the town happened pre-game with Ryan Strome’s mother Trish Strome reading the starting lineup. And Ryan Lindgren, who had a scrap with Brad Marchand a couple of days ago, got chirped heavily.
The Rangers are one a role on the road. Artemi Panarin scored his 30th goal of the season in last nights 6-3 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks, helping the team extend their road win streak to six games. That’s only one fame short of the franchise record set all the way back in 1935.
Pre-game, the Rangers’ team had a pretty unusual starting lineup announcement. Forward Ryan Strome’s mother Trish got the opportunity to read the starting lineup which was the start of the annual “Moms trip”.
And that’s when Ryan Lindgren got chirped bad.
A couple of days ago, the rookie defenceman and Brad Marchand had a small scrap. The Rangers’ defenceman got bloodied and recieved stitches.
Trish Strome saw an opportunity and took it.
