NHL players share a hug post-game following fight

The Vancouver Canucks haven’t had the best start to the season, but on Thursday, their first W of the 2024-25 came after a 3-2 overtime thriller against the Stanley Cup Champions, the Florida Panthers.

The game was close all the way and had lots of intensity. With the Canucks desperate to get their first win of the season, things got rough at one point, with Teodor Blueger and Uvis Balinskis dropping the gloves.

What was so special about the fight was that both players were from Latvia, making it an all-Latvian fight.
