Hockey players are – in general – not known for being well-behaved on the ice. Oftentimes, the NHL evolves around chirping and tough hits. But that isn’t the case for everyone.

Star defenceman Keith Yandle has made fans laugh many times in recent years over what he does every time he gets the puck from his goaltender.

Yandle, who swapped the Panthers for Flyers this summer, can be heard saying ”thank you” every time a goalie settles the puck for him. It may seem like a small gesture. But to be fair, it’s something far from what everyone does in the league, and something the fans appreciate.
