After starting the season with a record of 6-7-4, the Boston Bruins faced heavy scrutiny from their media. Over the course of the season, the Bruins were attacked verbally, stating that the Bruins were “too young” and “too many out there who don’t know what they’re doing.” Those harsh comments must have lit a fire under the behinds of the Bruins, as they have punched their ticket to the NHL playoffs.
Now, the Bruins could have easily walked away from the haters and take the high ground, but where’s the fun in that? While they certainly took care of business on the ice, the Bruins’ social media department took it to another level.

Earlier today, the Bruins released a video calling out the critics. In the video seen above, the Bruins paired all the negative comments with video of their boys succeeding. It was well done and proved to not only themselves but to the world that you control your own destiny.
The Bruins are currently plagued with injuries and while they may be too young, Boston has found a way to not only reach the playoffs but be a top team in the NHL. The Bruins have the ultimate opportunity to quiet the haters by winning the Stanley Cup
