P.K. Subban’s hilarious reaction to huge hit

The Stanley Cup Playoffs have just begun, and many NHL fans tend to enjoy the first round the most, as it often features the wildest games with a bit less discipline than in the later stages. The players are fighting more, the hits are heavier, and the crowds love it! Former NHLer P.K Subban enjoyed the game between the Winnipeg Jets and the St. Louis Blues so much that he couldn’t contain himself when Logan Stanley of the Jets delivered a massive hit on an opponent.

In the Western Conference, the President’s Trophy-winning Winnipeg Jets are facing off against the St. Louis Blues, who clinched the second wild card spot. The two games between the teams have been very physical and closely contested, with the Jets coming out on top in both matchups. During game two, the towering Jets defenseman Logan Stanley delivered a huge hit on Blues forward Jordan Kyrou—one that didn’t go unnoticed by former NHL defenseman turned TV analyst P.K. Subban.

P.K. Subban reacts

On his own X (formerly Twitter) page, P.K Subban shared a clip of himself reacting in the most hilarious way to the hit.
“Ohh, that’s a big hit! Stanley just killed somebody. Stanley just absolutely hammered that guy—did he get off the ice?” Subban says. During his own playing career, P.K. Subban himself laid out a couple of huge hits. You can watch the hilarious clip below.
